About This Site

virtualgraphics.network is the central hub of the Virtual Graphics App Network — a family of independent applications (including Woohoo.li, Meccha AI, and Ai-Ko.chat) that share a common account infrastructure. This site serves as a landing page and directory for those apps.

Each individual app in the network has its own Privacy Policy governing data collected through that app. This policy covers data collected specifically through your interaction with virtualgraphics.network itself.

Our Role in Your Privacy

If you are a visitor, a registered Virtual Graphics account holder, or a returning user browsing the hub, this Privacy Policy applies to you.

We act as the data controller of any personal data you provide through this site.

Your responsibilities:

  • Read this Privacy Policy so you understand how your data is used here
  • Review each app's individual privacy policy before using that app
  • Keep your login credentials safe if you access your account via this site

Age Restrictions

The Virtual Graphics App Network is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided data, we will delete it immediately.

When and How We Collect Data

We may collect data when you:

  • Browse or visit virtualgraphics.network
  • Sign in to your Virtual Graphics account via this site
  • Purchase credits via the wallet page
  • Contact us by email or via a contact form
  • Interact with links or navigation to network apps

We use a privacy-friendly analytics service called Plausible to understand site usage. This provides aggregate statistics (such as page views and referral sources) without tracking or identifying individual visitors.

Types of Data We Collect

1. Account & Login Data

What we collect:

  • First name, last name, email address
  • Username / display name
  • Password (stored as a one-way hash — we never see your actual password)

This data is managed through our shared Clerk authentication instance, which serves all apps in the Virtual Graphics App Network. Creating a single Virtual Graphics account gives you access to all network apps.

Who can access: Only the founder of Virtual Graphics, and only when necessary for legitimate reasons such as system maintenance, security, or legal compliance.

Legal basis: Contract (to provide you with a Virtual Graphics account and access to the network)

2. Technical & Usage Data

What we collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type
  • Pages visited, time on site, referral source (via Plausible — anonymised)
  • Error logs and performance data

Who can access: Used internally for troubleshooting and site improvement. Plausible data is aggregate and does not identify individuals.

Legal basis: Legitimate Interest (to keep the site stable and improve the user experience)

3. Payment & Billing Data

What we collect:

  • Credits purchased and transaction history
  • Payment method details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

This wallet page is the central place to purchase Virtual Graphics Credits, which are shared across all apps in the network.

Who can access: Payment data is processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We only see transaction confirmations and your credit balance.

Legal basis: Contract (to process your purchase and deliver credits)

Data retention: Transaction records are retained for 10 years to comply with Swiss accounting law (OR Art. 958f).

4. Communications Data

What we collect:

  • Email address and message content if you contact us
  • Email address for transactional notifications (e.g. account-related emails)

Who can access: Only the founder and any authorised staff.

Legal basis: Contract (transactional emails) and Consent (if you opt in to announcements)

Data retention: Support communications are retained for 2 years.

Cookies

virtualgraphics.network uses only essential, functional cookies required for the site to operate (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Plausible analytics is cookieless.

Third-Party Services

To operate virtualgraphics.network, we work with the following service providers:

  • Clerk — Authentication and account management across the Virtual Graphics App Network (clerk.com)
  • Stripe — Payment processing and billing for credit purchases (stripe.com)
  • Hetzner — Server hosting and infrastructure (hetzner.com)
  • Plausible — Privacy-friendly website analytics, cookieless (plausible.io)

Each app in the network (Woohoo.li, Meccha AI, Ai-Ko.chat) may use additional third-party services — please refer to their individual privacy policies for details.

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.

The Virtual Graphics App Network

Your Virtual Graphics account is shared across all apps in the network via a single Clerk authentication instance and a shared database. This means:

  • Signing in once gives you access to all network apps
  • Your account identity (name, email, username) is visible across the network
  • Each app manages its own data, credits, and activity separately
  • Deleting your Virtual Graphics account removes your identity from all apps in the network

Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion across all network apps.
  • Payment records: Retained for 10 years (Swiss legal requirement).
  • Technical/usage data: Plausible data is aggregate and not tied to individuals.
  • Support communications: Retained for 2 years.
  • Server backups: Automatically overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle.
  • Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 2 years may be flagged for deletion. We will notify you by email before taking any action.

International Data Transfers

virtualgraphics.network is operated from Switzerland, which is recognised by the EU as providing adequate data protection. Some of our third-party providers (Clerk, Stripe) are based in the United States and process data under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Right to restriction — You can ask us to limit how we process your data.
  • Right to data portability — You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent — Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Note: Because your account is shared across the network, exercising the right to erasure will affect your access to all Virtual Graphics apps.

If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at www.edoeb.admin.ch.

Data Security

  • Passwords stored as one-way hashes (never in plain text)
  • All data transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Access to production systems restricted to authorised personnel only
  • Regular security monitoring and updates
  • Server infrastructure hosted in secure Hetzner data centres in Germany

No system is 100% secure. If you become aware of any security concern, please contact us immediately at info@virtualgraphics.network.

Children's Privacy

virtualgraphics.network and the Virtual Graphics App Network are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered an account, we will delete their data and close the account without delay.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an on-site notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will always be available on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of virtualgraphics.network after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
