Welcome to virtualgraphics.network, operated by Virtual Graphics, based in Switzerland. This site is the central hub for the Virtual Graphics App Network — a family of applications including Woohoo.li, Meccha AI, and Ai-Ko.chat.

By visiting or using this site, or by creating a Virtual Graphics account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree, please do not use this site or create an account.

About the Virtual Graphics App Network

virtualgraphics.network serves as the landing page and directory for the Virtual Graphics App Network. A single Virtual Graphics account, managed through our shared Clerk authentication instance, gives you access to all apps in the network.

Each app in the network (Woohoo.li, Meccha AI, Ai-Ko.chat) has its own Terms of Service that govern your use of that specific app — including its features, credits, and content. These Terms govern your use of virtualgraphics.network itself and your Virtual Graphics account in general.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an individual app's Terms of Service, the app-specific Terms take precedence for matters relating to that app.

Eligibility & Accounts

1. Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create a Virtual Graphics account or use any app in the network. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Account registration: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or account access with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Shared account: Your Virtual Graphics account is a single identity shared across all apps in the network. Actions taken in one app (such as a ban or account suspension) may affect your access to other apps in the network.
5. One account per user: You may not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated.
6. Suspension or termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or the terms of any app in the network, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a way that harms other users or the platform. Termination of your Virtual Graphics account removes access to all network apps.

Use of This Site

virtualgraphics.network is an informational hub. By using it, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any user's account
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's operation

The Virtual Graphics Credit System & Wallet

virtualgraphics.network includes a wallet page where you can purchase Virtual Graphics Credits — the shared, buy-as-you-go currency used across all apps in the Virtual Graphics App Network.

1. Central wallet: The hub wallet is the primary place to purchase credits. Credits purchased here are immediately available across all network apps.
2. Shared credits: Credits are tied to your Virtual Graphics account, not to any individual app. They can be spent on any feature in any network app that accepts them.
3. No subscription: Credits are purchased on demand. There is no recurring billing unless you choose to buy credits again.
4. Credit consumption: Credits are deducted as you use features across network apps. The cost of each feature is displayed within the relevant app before use. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with reasonable notice.
5. Non-refundable credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a verified technical error on our part).
6. No cash value: Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or redeemed for cash.
7. Credit expiry: Credits do not expire while your Virtual Graphics account remains active.
8. Account closure: If you close your Virtual Graphics account, any remaining credits are forfeited. We will notify you before account deletion so you can use your remaining balance.
9. Network changes: Apps may be added to or removed from the network over time. The removal of an app does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits, but we will provide reasonable advance notice of any such change.

Payment Terms

1. Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
2. Failed payments: If a payment fails, no credits will be added to your account. Please check your payment details and try again.
3. Disputed charges: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
4. Taxes: Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or other charges based on your location.
5. Price changes: We may adjust credit prices at any time. Updated prices will be shown at the point of purchase.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on virtualgraphics.network — including the Virtual Graphics name, logo, design, code, and copy — is owned by Virtual Graphics or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
3. Each app in the network has its own intellectual property terms. Please refer to the relevant app's Terms of Service.

Links to Third-Party Sites and Apps

virtualgraphics.network contains links to apps in the Virtual Graphics network and may reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Links are provided for convenience only.

Limitation of Liability & Warranties

1. THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. Virtual Graphics does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
3. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIRTUAL GRAPHICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR YOUR VIRTUAL GRAPHICS ACCOUNT.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swiss law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virtual Graphics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

1. Your use or misuse of this site
2. Your violation of these Terms or the terms of any app in the network
3. Your violation of any third-party rights
4. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability & Changes

1. We aim to keep virtualgraphics.network available, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime.
2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
3. We may add or remove apps from the Virtual Graphics App Network at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

Data & Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data across the Virtual Graphics network.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of virtualgraphics.network shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
3. Informal resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@virtualgraphics.network. We will make a genuine effort to resolve disputes informally.

General Provisions

1. Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtual Graphics regarding your use of virtualgraphics.network and your Virtual Graphics account. Individual app terms govern your use of those apps.
2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
3. No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
4. Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
5. Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an on-site notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
